Dance studio rental

The dance studios of our academy in Villa Balance are pillar free, equipped with sprung floors, dance carpets, mirrors, ballet barres and sound systems. They extend over three floors in our charming dance villa, not far from Tempelhofer Hafen.

Studios can be rented only when capacity is available (3 hours minimum required), since they are mainly the home of the dance education program and the dance intensive program. In case of interest please contact us.
At the moment we can only offer a very limited rental due to renovation work. We do not offer any further permanent subletting.

In this charming villa built in 1913 by well-known architect Peter Behrens, the Dance Studios are spread over three floors.
