Dioni Birmpili

Lecturer for Jazz dance

Dioni Birmpili began her dance career at a young age in her hometown Schweinfurt.
She made her first major appearances as part of the DDC Company in numerous German theaters, including the Wintergarten Berlin with the production “Breaking Mozart.”
It was only after that she decided to pursue professional stage dance training, which she successfully completed in 2019 at the Dance Academy Balance 1.

After completing her training, she focused on expanding her knowledge, which is why she trained with many well-known teachers and choreographers from the contemporary and commercial dance scenes, allowing her to grow even further. Currently, she combines these two worlds through choreography, which has also led her to find her place in the Berlin-based “Escape Crew.”

She also works as a teacher at dance schools in Berlin, specializing in jazz, contemporary, and choreography, including Dance Academy Balance 1. She is booked for dance workshops and as a dancer in several countries and choreographs shows and music videos for emerging artists.
